Event: 2013 District of ColumbiaÌý“Point in Time” Homeless Census
On Wednesday, January 30, 2013, the District of Columbia will conduct its annual census of homeless persons living on the street.
FromÌý9:30pm to 2:00amÌýon the night the census, volunteer teams lead by trained homeless outreachÌýprofessionals will canvass theÌýcity forÌýunsheltered, homeless persons andÌýconduct a brief surveyÌýabout their experiences and circumstances.
