The leaves are changing and the pumpkin spice lattes are brewing. Yes friends, it鈥檚 fall, the perfect season to step back and rethink your social media strategy. With a new channel popping up everyday, it鈥檚 easy to follow the latest shiny object. But before you turn on another profile, or pull the plug on the one you haven鈥檛 updated in months, take some time to review your data. There鈥檚 gold in those analytics and insights!

At last month鈥檚 501 Tech NYC (a local meetup for NTEN members and their friends), we were happy to host George Weiner of听, a digital agency that leverages data and technology to increase the impact of nonprofits. I first met George at听听several years ago when I learned about the great work he was doing as CTO of听. Over the years, I鈥檝e been fortunate enough to hear George speak at various meetups and with the students for the graduate classes I teach. He is one of the most entertaining presenters I鈥檝e seen 鈥 funny, smart, and genuine.

Grab an apple, and watch George鈥檚 humor-laden and insightfully interactive presentation inviting you to 鈥渂e your own social media guru鈥 below.听
