Customer Support Agent (Remote – Part Time)
Department: Charitable Funds Management Solutions
We are a nonprofit charitable organization looking for skilled individuals who can coordinate multiple client requirements related to fund processing and reporting.ÌýThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to handle multiple urgent tasks, and manage time wisely.ÌýCandidates should be able to help solve problems independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities: &²Ô²ú²õ±è;&²Ô²ú²õ±è;
- Handle inbound phone calls, email, and chat.
- Resolve inquiries, provide technical support for various online giving platforms, and respond to report or research requests.
- Provide a positive customer experience.
- Assist with customer service tickets assigned by the team, escalate tickets when necessary, and collaborate with the team in resolving tickets in a timely manner.
- Provide reports using various reporting tools (Ex. Microsoft Access and Excel).
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher.
- Minimum one-year related work experience in a customer support field preferred.
- Demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs and processes.Ìý
- Candidate must pass a Skills Assessment (Microsoft Excel functions and writing skills).
Remote Work Criteria:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to take voice calls with minimal background noise.
Rate: $18-23/hour
Job Type:
- Part-time, flexible hours (M-F between 11:00 AM-8:30 PM EST), 20-30 hours per week.
- Flexible start time, must be available 4:30-8:30PM EST.
- This is a seasonal position (September 2025 to January 2026) with potential opportunity to transition from seasonal to permanent based on performance and business needs.
