Customer Support Agent (Remote – Part Time)

Department: Charitable Funds Management Solutions 

We are a nonprofit charitable organization looking for skilled individuals who can coordinate multiple client requirements related to fund processing and reporting.ÌýThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to handle multiple urgent tasks, and manage time wisely.ÌýCandidates should be able to help solve problems independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities: &²Ô²ú²õ±è;&²Ô²ú²õ±è;

  • Handle inbound phone calls, email, and chat.
  • Resolve inquiries, provide technical support for various online giving platforms, and respond to report or research requests.
  • Provide a positive customer experience.
  • Assist with customer service tickets assigned by the team, escalate tickets when necessary, and collaborate with the team in resolving tickets in a timely manner.
  • Provide reports using various reporting tools (Ex. Microsoft Access and Excel).

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Minimum one-year related work experience in a customer support field preferred.
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs and processes.Ìý
  • Candidate must pass a Skills Assessment (Microsoft Excel functions and writing skills).

Remote Work Criteria:

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Ability to take voice calls with minimal background noise.

Rate: $18-23/hour

Job Type:

  • Part-time, flexible hours (M-F between 11:00 AM-8:30 PM EST), 20-30 hours per week.
  • Flexible start time, must be available 4:30-8:30PM EST.
  • This is a seasonal position (September 2025 to January 2026) with potential opportunity to transition from seasonal to permanent based on performance and business needs.
