In light of this week’s latest news around Lance Armstrong, many people are wondering about the future of LIVESTRONG and question whether to continue supporting the organization.Ìý In a blog post on LIVESTRONG’s website today, Brooke McMillan posted the following beautifully-written statement:
Thank you for standing with the Foundation — now, in the past, and most importantly, in the future. Your encouragement energizes us and we are going strong, serving people affected by cancer. People in the fight of their lives. This place has never been about one man, and we are grateful beyond measure for every message of hope and good will that we receive. LIVESTRONG.
