Register for the March 29th National Conference on Ending Poverty
50 YEARSÌýafter declaring a war on poverty,Ìý50 millionÌýchildren and adults in our country are still mired in poverty. AnotherÌý60 millionÌýlive below 200% of the poverty line, in significant need of support with life’s necessities. The good news is we know how to end poverty for one individual and one family after another. We can ensure that every ¾«¶«Ó°Òµn has a chance at the freedom and independence that is at the core of our nation, but that poverty denies.
TheÌýNational Conference on Ending Poverty, hosted by ,Ìýwill highlight innovative, on-the-ground approaches to ending poverty and connect attendees with concrete ways to engage.
